When can I move in?
Monthly Storage
If a parking space is available that meets your specific storage needs, come in to rent your space during office hours (M-F 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), get your space number and gate access code, then move in anytime. We offer gate access 24/7.
Daily/Overnight Parking
You can move in anytime, day or night, as long as space is available. Rentals are done on your phone through HONK mobile. You can scan the QR code found on the signs in our lot.
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
Monthly Storage
We require a 30-day notice before you move out.
Daily/Overnight Parking
No move-out notice is required.
What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
Monthly Storage
We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport), along with current registration and proof of insurance for your vehicle.
Daily/Overnight Parking
Only provide your First & Last name, tag #, and email address.
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
Monthly Storage
No, all of our leases are month-to-month.
Daily/Overnight Parking
No, rentals are on a daily basis.
How do I make a payment?
Monthly Storage
You can pay in person, mail a check or money order or make a payment through our website. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/checking account monthly.
Daily/Overnight Parking
Payment is made securely with a credit card through HONK mobile after scanning the QR code found on the signs in the facility.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Monthly Storage
Checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and cash.
Daily/Overnight Parking
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?
Monthly Storage
No. At the time of signing your lease, you will be given your own security passcode that will allow access to your parking space through our gate.
Daily/Overnight Parking
No, our daily/overnight lot does not have a gate; Simply pay and park.
